Please read these terms carefully before buying The Reseller Guide or The £0.80 NFC Card Supplier Link.
1. Who we are
ScanPraise ("we", "us", "our") is a sole trader based in the United Kingdom. You can contact us at scanpraise@outlook.com with any questions, complaints, or requests relating to these terms or your order.
2. Agreement to these terms
By placing an order on this website, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to them, please do not use this website or purchase our products.
3. Our products
We sell two separate digital products. They are sold individually and can also be bought together as a bundle at a reduced combined price.
3.1 The Reseller Guide
A digital, instant-download guide covering how to find shops, pitch the offer, price and package it, program NFC review cards, and close a sale. It is supplied as digital content, not a physical product, and is delivered electronically after payment.
3.2 The £0.80 NFC Card Supplier Link
Access to a third-party supplier that we use to source NFC review cards at approximately £0.80 each. This product is access to supplier information (such as a link and/or ordering details), not the physical NFC cards themselves. We do not manufacture, stock, sell, or ship physical cards, and any purchase of physical cards is a separate transaction between you and the third-party supplier, on their terms.
4. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a legally binding contract to purchase from this website. By placing an order, you confirm that this is the case.
5. Orders, pricing and payment
All prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP) and are inclusive of any taxes that apply. We take reasonable care to ensure prices displayed on the website are accurate, but errors can occasionally occur; if we discover a pricing error on your order, we will contact you before proceeding and you may cancel if you wish.
Payment is taken in full at the time of order through our chosen payment provider. We do not store your full card details. A contract between us is formed once payment has been successfully processed and we have confirmed your order.
We may change our prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.
6. Delivery of digital content
Because both products are digital, there is no physical shipping. Once payment is confirmed, you will be given access to the Guide and/or the Supplier Link (as applicable) electronically, normally immediately or within a short time afterwards. It is your responsibility to provide a valid email address and to check your spam/junk folder if access details do not arrive promptly.
7. Your right to cancel
Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you normally have a 14-day right to cancel an online order. However, this right does not apply once we begin supplying digital content that you have downloaded or accessed, provided that:
- you gave your express consent to us starting delivery before the end of the 14-day cancellation period, and
- you acknowledged that you would lose your right to cancel once delivery had started.
At checkout, you will be asked to confirm both of these points before your order is completed. Once you have done so and accessed the Guide and/or Supplier Link, your right to cancel no longer applies.
8. Refunds
Because of the nature of digital content described in Section 7, we do not offer refunds once you have accessed either product, except where required by law (see Section 14) — for example, where digital content is faulty, not as described, or was never successfully delivered to you.
If you believe you have a valid reason for a refund, contact us at scanpraise@outlook.com and we will review your request.
9. Earnings and results disclaimer
Any figures shown on this website — including example earnings, markup percentages, and suggested resale prices — are illustrative examples only, based on the £0.80 approximate card cost and a £30 example resale price. They are not a guarantee, promise, or representation of the income, profit, or results you will achieve. Your actual results depend on factors outside our control, including your effort, local demand, pricing decisions, and how many shops you approach. We do not guarantee that you will make any particular amount of money, or any money at all, from using the information in the Guide or from purchasing supplier access.
10. Third-party supplier disclaimer
The Supplier Link connects you to a third party that we do not own or control. We are not responsible for that supplier's pricing, stock availability, product quality, delivery times, customer service, or any other aspect of their business. Any dispute relating to a purchase from that supplier is between you and them. We may update or change the supplier we recommend at any time.
11. Intellectual property and licence to use the Guide
The Reseller Guide and all content on this website (including text, images, and branding) are owned by us or our licensors and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. When you buy the Guide, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use it for your own business purposes. You may not resell, redistribute, share, publish, or otherwise make the Guide (or its contents) available to anyone else, in whole or in part, without our prior written permission.
12. Acceptable use
You agree to use this website and our products lawfully and not to misuse them — for example, by attempting to gain unauthorised access to the website, distributing our content without permission, or using the Guide to mislead or defraud third parties (such as the shops you approach).
13. Limitation of liability
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law.
Subject to that, we provide this website and our products on an "as is" basis and, to the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for any indirect or consequential loss, and for any loss of profit, business, or opportunity, arising from your use of the website or our products. Our total liability to you for any claim relating to your order will not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant product.
14. Your statutory rights
Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, including your right to digital content that is of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, and as described.

If you're unhappy with your order or anything else about our service, please contact us at scanpraise@outlook.com and we will do our best to resolve it directly with you.
16. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time, for example to reflect changes in our products, pricing, or the law. The version in force at the time you place an order is the version that applies to that order. The "last updated" date at the top of this page shows when these terms were last revised.
17. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections that apply in your country of residence.
